I’m Brooke! A mom to three boys (8 months, 2.5, & 5). I have been on a journey the last 4+ years of switching over to less-toxic products. Here you’ll find product education and product swaps for just about anything you can think of that would be brought into the home. From food, to furniture, to cleaning supplies and anything in between.

I really began taking this serious after my first child suddenly broke out with papular eczema at 14 months old with no prior skin issues at all. I quickly switched our laundry detergent and just kept going with one thing after another. It was challenging to understand ingredient and product labels. I’ve spent many years now learning about non-toxic swaps and hope I can make this an easier transition for you (saving you the headache + time) if you’d like to join me in creating a healthier home!
